Jin Garden is located in the center of Dongcheng new district of Quwo County, covering an area of 318 mu, including 185 mu of green area, 70 mu of waterscape area and 3500 m2 of antique landscape architecture. The overall design of the bird's-eye view effect is based on the super grade cultural relic of the middle and late spring and Autumn period. It is composed of Wanren square in North District, Jindu cultural exhibition center in Central District (five museums, one hall: Cultural Center, library, city exhibition hall, archives, elderly activity hall, Jindu theater and Jindu Hall) and Ruyi Lake in South District.

The architectural style and landscape take Jin culture as the main line, and fully integrate idiom culture and couplet culture elements, which can be summarized as "one heart, one lake, two belts, ten landscapes and thirty scenic spots". There are 19 reliefs of Jin idioms and allusions, 6 groups of bronze group carvings and 39 couplets of Jin culture.
