     近期我省将有入汛以来最强降水天气过程，并伴有短时强降水、雷暴大风、冰雹等强对流天气，部分地区发生山洪的可能性较大，省防汛抗旱指挥部决定自7月11日18时起启动防汛Ⅳ级应急响应。为确保广大游客安全出行、快乐旅游，山西省文化和旅游厅温馨提示您：   一、外出旅游看天气，恶劣天气不出门 游客出行前要密切关注旅游目的地天气预报，认真规划旅游行程，出行提前了解安全知识，做好防暑、防雷、防雨准备，备好雨衣、雨伞、雨鞋等雨具，尽量避免在恶劣天气外出旅游。   二、景区游览需谨慎，不可大意冒风险 充分了解景区相关活动的风险和安全规定，雷雨天气不要前往山岳型、峡谷型、涉水型等旅游景区景点，防范山体滑坡、落石、泥石流、山洪爆发等自然灾害带来的安全风险，不要参加未开发线路探险旅游，切不可追寻刺激、盲目探险。   三、涉水旅游重安全，救生用品要重视 涉水活动要听从专业人士指导，穿好救生衣，切勿前往未开发的水域旅游，更不要到不知深浅、不明水情或比较危险的水域游泳。参加游泳活动时，在与旅行社约定的区域内或景区限定的区域内游泳，未成年人要在家长陪同下游玩，并携带必要的保护救生用品，不私自下水，以防溺水事故发生。   四、风险依然还存在，防疫不可放轻松 旅游行程和游览过程中，要做好防疫工作，按照防疫要求，坚持“防疫三件套”——佩戴口罩、保持社交距离、做好个人卫生；牢记“防护五还要”——口罩还要戴、社交距离还要留、咳嗽喷嚏还要遮、双手还要经常洗、窗户还要尽量开，确保疫情防控不松懈。  五、天气多变引疾病，备好常用急救品  汛期天气多变，容易引发各类疾病，在旅途中注意添减衣物并随身备好常用药品。户外旅游时，应配备必要的自救装备和应急食品，并防范蚊虫叮咬引发疾病。  六、选择跟团要正规，参团安全莫大意 参团旅游应选择证照齐全、信誉良好的旅行社，与旅行社签订包含旅游项目、服务内容、服务标准、旅游保险以及违约责任等内容的合同；对自愿参加的购物活动或自费项目，也应与旅行社签订补充协议，明确相关事项。旅游行程中要注意安全，听从导游人员安排。 七、自驾出游多留心，安全行车最重要  要合理规划行程，出行前认真检查脚刹、手刹及轮胎等车辆设施是否正常；行程中遇到下雨时，要严格控制车速，不要太靠近路边、路肩行驶，严禁高速急转弯或刹车，会车时应保持安全侧向距离，避免发生碰撞。经过低洼路段有积水和漫水桥时，应先下车试探查看，确认无危险时方可低速通过，避免途中熄火。 八、遭遇险情要求救，沉着应对保平安 旅途中遇到突发险情，要保持冷静，及时进行自救、互救，尽快撤离危险区域。等待救援过程中，要节省体力，保持耐心，听从指挥，避免拥挤混乱，有序撤离危险区域。
