Chinese Guided Tour | The Eight Immortals Gather

The Gathering of the Eight Immortals is the signature garden-landscape feature of the Jinyuan Scenic Area, composed of eight ancient locust trees arranged in a circular embrace. Nestled within this natural archway is an octagonal Taiji Yin-Yang Bagua Platform, paved with stone and pebbles, subtly embodying the Daoist principles of harmony between heaven and humanity and the reverence for nature’s way.



Jinyuan Scenic Area boasts 195 mu of landscaped green space, with a green coverage rate of 60%, offering pleasant scenery throughout the four seasons and picturesque views at every turn. The “Gathering of the Eight Immortals” is the iconic garden-plant landscape of Jinyuan, composed of eight ancient locust trees arranged in a circle, encircling an octagonal Taiji Yin-Yang Bagua platform. The platform is paved with stone and pebbles, subtly embodying the Daoist principles of harmony between heaven and humanity and the natural order of the Dao.
